Kultara’s security information is limited to practices that can be supported by the production service. We do not publish certifications or technical guarantees that have not been independently verified.

Data minimization

Kultara’s product direction is to avoid requiring personal information that is not necessary for the feature being used. Core V1 listening is not intended to require mandatory account creation.

Account protection

If account-based features are enabled, authentication and account-management controls should be proportionate to the information stored and the actions available to the user.

Production disclosures

Details about analytics, service providers, retention and privacy controls belong in the Privacy Policy and must be kept aligned with the actual production configuration.
