1. Scope
Kultara is currently in private beta. This policy applies to the Kultara website, iOS beta, support interactions and related services that link to it.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, information may include contact details submitted for beta access or support, information provided in a professional inquiry, and account information if you choose to create an account where that option is available.
3. App and purchase information
If you make an App Store purchase, Kultara may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to recognize access, restore eligible purchases and support subscription status. Apple handles the App Store payment flow under Apple's own terms; this policy does not state that Kultara receives your full payment-card details from Apple.
4. Product and device information
If analytics or diagnostics are enabled in a released build, information may include app version, device or operating-system information, feature usage, session events, crash or performance information, and approximate network information. This policy is updated when production tools or settings materially change the information processed.
5. Sound preferences and creations
If Kultara provides saved mixes, favorites, listening history or personalization, related choices may be stored on the device or associated with an account where synchronization is available. The feature or related product information will indicate which model applies.
6. How information is used
- Provide and maintain requested features.
- Recognize purchases and subscription access where applicable.
- Respond to support and professional inquiries.
- Protect the service from misuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Improve product experience where analytics are lawfully enabled.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
7. Service providers and disclosures
When service providers are used for functions such as hosting, communications, analytics, crash reporting or support, this policy is updated to describe the categories and purposes that apply. Personal information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Advertising, sale and sharing
No advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising practice is described here as active. If a production practice creates an applicable opt-out right, a functional choice mechanism and updated disclosure will be provided before that practice is used. See Your Privacy Choices.
9. Retention and security
Retention periods depend on the purpose for which information is processed and on legal, security, fraud-prevention and transaction-record needs. Kultara's stated approach is to retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and to use security measures proportionate to the information involved.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable legal thresholds, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information about certain processing, and in some states to opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted-advertising practices. See Your Privacy Choices.
11. Account deletion
If you have a Kultara account, see Account Deletion. Deleting the app from a device does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.
12. Children
Kultara is not currently presented as a child-directed service. Any age requirements for a released build will be reflected in its App Store rating, account flow and applicable policies.
