1. Scope
This policy applies to the Kultara website, iOS application, beta access, support interactions and related services that link to it.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, information may include contact details submitted for beta access or support, information provided in a professional inquiry, and account information if you choose to create an account where that option exists.
3. App and purchase information
If you make an App Store purchase, Kultara may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to recognize access, restore eligible purchases and support subscription status. Apple processes payment-card information under Apple’s own terms; Kultara should not be described as receiving full payment-card details from Apple unless production systems actually do so.
4. Product and device information
Where production analytics or diagnostics are enabled, the service may process information such as app version, device/operating-system information, feature usage, session events, crash or performance information, and approximate network information. The production policy must be kept aligned with the SDKs and settings actually deployed.
5. Sound preferences and creations
If Kultara provides saved mixes, favorites, listening history or personalization, related choices may be stored locally or associated with an account depending on the feature design. The app should explain when information is stored on-device versus synchronized to a service.
6. How information is used
- Provide and maintain requested features.
- Recognize purchases and subscription access.
- Respond to support and professional inquiries.
- Protect the service from misuse and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Improve product experience where analytics are lawfully enabled.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
7. Service providers and disclosures
Kultara may use vendors to operate hosting, communications, analytics, crash reporting, customer support or other production functions. The final production version of this policy must reflect the vendors and purposes actually in use. Personal information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Advertising, sale and sharing
Kultara does not use this page to make an unverified claim about “sale” or “sharing” under U.S. state privacy laws. If production advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising practices trigger an opt-out right, the Your Privacy Choices page and this policy must be updated together before that practice is enabled.
9. Retention and security
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and security. Security measures should be proportionate to the information processed.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable legal thresholds, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information about certain processing, and in some states to opt out of certain sale, sharing or targeted-advertising practices. See Your Privacy Choices.
11. Account deletion
If you have a Kultara account, see Account Deletion. Deleting the app from a device does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.
12. Children
Kultara’s final production age policy must be aligned with the App Store age rating, account design and actual audience before public launch. Kultara does not knowingly make a child-directed data-collection claim on this pre-launch page.
13. Cookies and website technologies
See the Cookie Notice for website-specific information.
14. Changes and contact
This policy may change as the service and production data practices evolve. Privacy questions or requests may be sent through the Contact page.
Before production merge, verify the legal operator, production analytics/tracking stack, service providers, retention behavior, age policy and applicable state-specific disclosures.
