Access, correction and deletion

You may contact Kultara to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where those rights apply. If you have a Kultara account, also see Account Deletion.

Sale, sharing and targeted advertising

Some U.S. state laws provide rights to opt out of legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Kultara will provide a functional opt-out mechanism before enabling any production practice that requires one. This page intentionally does not display a nonfunctional toggle.

California

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, when the law applies to a business and its processing. Applicable rights can include access/know, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights for certain sale or sharing practices.

Other U.S. states

Residents of other states may have similar or additional rights depending on the law, the applicable legal thresholds and the type of information processed.
