If you purchased a Kultara subscription or other digital access through Apple’s App Store, submit eligible refund requests directly to Apple.
Canceling is different from requesting a refund
Canceling an auto-renewable subscription stops future renewal according to Apple’s rules. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
Future direct purchases
If Kultara later offers direct website purchases, separate purchase and refund terms must be presented before that checkout goes live. This page does not promise a direct-purchase refund policy that has not been launched.
