App Store purchases
If you purchased a Kultara subscription or other digital access through Apple's App Store, submit eligible refund requests directly to Apple.
Canceling is different from requesting a refund
Canceling an auto-renewable subscription stops future renewal according to Apple's rules. It does not automatically refund a charge that has already been processed.
Direct website purchases
Direct website checkout is not currently offered on this site. If Kultara introduces direct purchases later, the applicable purchase and refund terms will be shown before checkout.
