Start in the app
When account creation is available, Kultara must provide an in-app path to initiate account deletion. The option should be easy to find in account settings and must delete the account rather than only deactivate it.
If the app sends you to this website
This page is the direct web destination for any account-deletion completion flow. The production app must provide the specific authenticated confirmation step before launch; email support must not be the only deletion mechanism for a normal consumer account.
What deletion covers
Deletion should remove the account record and associated personal data that Kultara is not required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes. The exact production retention rules must match the Privacy Policy.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting a Kultara account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple auto-renewable subscription. Manage that subscription separately through Apple.
